Meet Dr. Jim Williamson
Born in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and family moved to Swedesboro, NJ where Dr. James R Williamson grew up, graduating from Kingsway Regional High School and majoring in biology at University of Delaware. There he obtained his bachelor's degree after 4 years and went on to Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine for 4 more years, living in and around the Philadelphia area. He then completed a 3 year PMSR/RRA surgical residency at Kennedy, now Jefferson, hospitals at Cherry Hill, Stratford and Washington Township where he became chief resident from 2016-2017 before starting in private practice in Brick, NJ. He then met his beautiful wife, Nicole, from Hammonton, NJ and moved to Hammonton spending almost 4 years at Go Feet. They had a son, Gino, and from that Dr. Williamson created his own practice, named Feet First, after his son who was breach birth and came out feet first on Sept 27, 2021. He lives in Hammonton with his wife Nicole, son Gino, black labrador Nico, and 2 cats, Vinny and Louie. He likes to spend time with family, friends, is a member of Sons of Italy in Hammonton. He is associated with Atlanticare, Shore Memorial hospitals and performs surgeries at Access surgery center, Atlanticare surgery center and performs house calls, works in numerous nursing homes and wound care centers.

Dr. Alicia Lai is originally from Ohio and obtained a B.S. in Biology in South Carolina. Following this, she attended Temple University and received her Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. She stayed in Philadelphia to complete a comprehensive residency in foot and ankle surgery at Chestnut Hill Hospital where she served as chief resident.
She is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Lai is also a trained clinical documentation improvement specialist analyzing physicians’ medical records of all specialties. She has a passion for teaching and has held a position as an adjunct professor in Anatomy and Physiology at Atlantic Cape Community College.
Dr. Lai focuses her practice on conservative treatment including sports medicine, lower extremity injuries, chronic conditions of the foot and ankle. She enjoys treating patients of all ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. Her goal is to get her patients back on their feet and back to what they love to do.
Dr. Lai is also a wound care specialist and spends time weekly at her clinic at Shore Medical Center Wound Care. She works with the latest research and technology to advance wound healing for her patients.
She holds privileges at Shore Medical Center.
Dr. Lai loves teaching and learning and carries that into her practice. She values building trust and relationships with patients and helping her patients heal.
In her free time, she enjoys exercise, reading, and spending time with her children and husband. She takes great pride in being part of and serving the community.
